Move Mysqldatabase To New Host

I am changing web hosts and I transferred over all the files, but I need help getting the MySQL database transferred over and working on the new host. The file size is about 300 megs so I cant use the simple restore feature. Also, the new host changes the file name for the database, so the config file will need to be changed so that the site works and is able to point to the new path to the database.
The MySql file is for a WordPress site, so some basic knowledge there would be helpful.
If you are comfortable working with MySql, WordPress and web hosts, I would assume this should take 20 to 30 minutes max.
I would like to get started now, so I look forward to awarding someone soon!
