Joomla Site Order Management
Dear Programmers,
THIS IS AN URGENT PROJECT I need to add a new section to my website.
Does not involve money, payment or anything like that.
By ORDERS I mean PICK-UP and DELIVER orders.
So, let me give you the details:
- There are many companies (customers/partners) that use my website service;
- Each company will have minimum two different USER ROLES Manager and Operator;
- There will be a place on the website where they can PLACE a garbage Pick-Up or Recycled Deliver ORDER;
- The customers/partners should be able to login and review the STATUS of their ORDERs ONLY all other information remains PRIVATE;
- E-mails are generated when the order status are changed;
- There is no financial transaction involved. No charges. No invoices;
- It is pretty much a place to capture and follow-up on Pick-Up and Delivery Orders;
- This solution involves:
o ACCESS CONTROL LIST/ USER ROLES
o Customer Database (Customer Name and Customer ID)
o Site Database (Site ID, Customer ID, and site details)
o User Database (User ID, Customer ID, Site ID, and user details like ROLE
