Graphic Desinger Wanted

I want a set of Graphics to go with a real estate investing related ebook.
I want an ebook cover, a CD cover and a header/banner to go across the top of the sales page for the book. I also want a graphic showing the book and CD together (similar to the image in this page: http://www.howtomakeapotatogun.com
This project should be really easy for someone who is good at Photoshop or similar.
