Custom Wordpress – Mortgage
Using wordpress as the main system, I need to have created a website for a mortgage broker.
Needs to have the usual mortgage calculators, rate charts, “how much can you afford calculator”, payment calculator etc., seen on most mortgage sites.
Additionally, wish to have the main page have blog setup for article posting, Q&A script for questions to be posted by visitors, to be answered by the site owner, an optin section for newsletter subscription, searchable archives, a secured application page, which obtains visitor information for preliminary application submission that emails the details to a specific email address OR allows the visitor to print out the completed app to fax in. Must also include the option to leave name/number to schedule a call back. A referral system, so that a visitor can input their name/number and refer a friends name/number.
Needs to have header tags and site map so that its spidered by search engines for geo targetted keywords.
