Clone Ecommerce And New Pos

Hello,
I need someone to build our brand new eCommerce site (clone of http://www.urbanoutfitters.com ) and brand new POS system to talk to each other. Basically what I want is to sell our merchandises at the same time. I want to have an ecommerce site which inventory is integrated to the stores.
I just want the POS system to read my Excel inventory sheets. As soon as I scan the barcode and sell the merchandise, it automatically updates by itself. (something better than Quickbook, please) http://www.counterpointpos.com/solution/cp/demo.htm as a reference.
