Classified Ads Clone Script

Hi I would like a classified ads script similar to this one:-

I need it to be ready to install and only a complete working script will be paid for.
A demo version will need to be up and running for me to check it out.
It will need to have it’s own admin panel for easy editing and no encrypted code.
Several templates will need to be supplied.
And it must be similar to or better than
http://www.bmscripts.com/
However copyright infringement’s will NOT be accepted.
I will need to retain sole rights and Ownership of the script.
I do not want script’s that require licenses.
Also the budget I have set will be the maximum!
It will also have to be done within 7 working days.
