Web Hosting Site/template

I would like a Web hosting site. I would like it to look kinda like http://www.cirtexhosting.com/. I like the fact that they show the pricing for the reseller accounts with the shared accounts on the main page. Also I want it to have drop down boxes that I could add more links under. I would like it to look like http://www.cirtexhosting.com/ but with lighter blue colors. Instead of the green colors. It must also have a log in box for clients at the top.
I will also be needing a phpbb3 template that matches the main site for support.
