Simple Copy & Paste Project

I have my website www.speed-traps.net/forums which is a vbulletin website. I need someone to install the same navigation bar and template from the website laserinterceptor.biz on my site. I dont have access to that other site (laserinterceptor.biz). For the header image of that car I want a Mercedez C63 AMG to be in that spot instead. Also you will notice on laserinterceptor.biz on the homepage it has a video in that spot I want that same thing copied to my website but have it play random videos that I have instead.
