Seo For Google/site Structure

Hi i have a site called saleshout.com
I want seo or reworking of my site link structure so my site pages will get indexed like bensbargains site does.
I am not sure what i need done for this…my site seems very similar but i am not getting much traffic or click throughs on my site for products….i want someone who knows what they are doing here.
