Mysql Cluster And Script Debug

I need a programmer to validate my script (its roughly 1000 lines of code), rewrite the database to support MySQL Cluster (currently just supports MySQL), and conduct a full security audit using HP Web Inspect.
The script is coded in PHP. A tiny portion is in javascript.
