Image: 110×80 Ad Design

I need a size 110×80 pixel image ad designed based off of the following page: http://www.60secondapprovalsonline.com/
It should basically include the woman with the cash, the green and red design behind her, the “Receive up to a $1500 Short Term Loan Overnight!” text and a stamp reading “APPROVED” diagonally across her.
Also, I need the name of my site, “http://www.holidaypaydayfinder.com” to show toward the bottom in transparent lettering to prevent someone from stealing my image. I am open to suggestions on this part. I just need it to be an image that a competitor cannot steal.
