Get My Site To #1 On Google

I have a site that is I think optimised very well with good content.
I was in top 10 for keyword phrase 40 1080p lcd
I have just optimised all of my meta tags for google as well as content. so i do not need that.
BUT i need some help from seo person to get to top 3 postition and stay there.
my site is called 401080plcd.com
i am very open to suggestions on what you can do to make site better..if you think it is content we need fine,links fine,site link structure ok too. just want someone who is very good but not with a giant price tag.
If you are a super affiliate even better because this is an affiliate site and i need help with click throughs from my site
