Fix Errors Php

Hey, I need someone to fix two bugs on my site I have two problems about uploading images.
1. if image is too big, it times out or something and just doesn’t display image
2. if image file name has any white space the image doesn’t load
so basically I just need someone to fix the problem I am having with uploading images.
