Finish And Add To Php Site

I have a simple php website managing writers and articles. it is basic php/mysql.
I need a coder to do the following:
correct one bug.
Add a few functions to the site to manage interviews, submit article to copyscape and a wordcount. Maybe more depending on your bid.
I need someone that will turn around that project in less than a week.
