Domain + Hosting

My project is very clear.
I need two things.
1 – A domain name.
2 – Hosting for this domain name.
(1 year registration)
May be you will ask why I don’t want to purshase it myself. The answer is that I prefer that someone else buy it for me, I’ve some payement problems, and I’m sure here I can find the best service quatily/price.
