Cre Loaded Install Help

I just installed a website with CRE Loaded v6.4 (free one). No errors at all on install.
2 main issues..
1) Admin area not there! Installed and can see Admin folder in FTP, but nothing comes up when I go there!
2) Header and Footer links are https (I do not have SSL, so should just be http)
Full access can be given (cPanel, FTP, etc)
