Conditional Formatting Ms Xcel

Need in 6 hrs. if you dont even know what conditional formatting is or have not done conditional formatting b4, pls dont bid!
Refer to “genz-main.xls” attached. sheet 1 nds to be formatted. sheet 2 & 3 are references for variations.
Need excel spreadsheet conditionally formatted. There are abt 1400 rows. Many duplicate values so it should nt be too much work.
Apply ms excel conditional formatting such tt when user fill in brisbane for course_location, groupid autopopulate with value ’3′. 7 locations with coresponding values as in sheet 2.
Next, if course_location = brisbane AND vendor = novell then ‘catid’ = 260, (as in sheet 3 – there is a catid for pairs of location n vendor.)
