Age Restricted Mod For Ipb3

I need someone to create an IPB Mod for me. That mod will restrict access to certain forum by age. For instance if a member is under 18, he or she cannot access Forum A, but can I access Forum B. Very simple. I will not give access to my server or website. Mod Creator should create the mod and I do the install. Please bid only if you are familiar and have create mods for Invision Power Board version 3.0.4.
Admin should be able to decide what age has access to the forum.
