This is for a 2-stage mini-project with tight deadlines. You must be qualified to preform this work and also must be highly motivated.
I have a product that uses multiple lines of html code (form) to perform a floating opt-in box on my website. The opt-in box behaves similar to the following: http://blogging-to-make-money.com/cappetta/TEST/page.html
I need someone to create a user friendly solution that only requires a single line of Javascript code to be inserted into a webpage. You can view an example of the javascript code by viewing the source of the above page. My opt-in form requires the post of data to a simple php file.
The goal is to have the user implement this opt-in box with a single line of javascript code that resides on my local server from any other server. This will most-likely require the product to be redesigned but the same core functionality must exist and individual users will have different settings on different opt-ins. This will most likely create multiple javascript files to distinguish between different settings.
I have all graphics needed to complete the webpage and project and I have a very tight deadline. I just need a fully competent web developer to complete this first stage in less than 2 days. IF you are able to complete the first stage within 2 days, you will hired for the next stage of the project, which will require you to make this a fully functional multi-user system. If you fail the first stage you will not be paid and the job will be given to the next qualified individual.
Estimated cost to complete the first stage= $15.
Estimated cost to complete the secon Stage=$25.
