Twitter Follow Optimizer
I am seeking a person with twitter app development experience and twitter projects that I can review. Developers who cannot show this experience will not be considered.
This app should be written for linux/unix platform. It is for my personal use and graphics are not necessary. It could be controlled from linux command prompt or from web page interface.
It should optimize twitter followers as follows:
1) The app searches other twitter users based on keyword searches, using a list of keywords. The app follows other accounts from my account. I can enter multiple twitter accounts. It performs the optimizing for each of my accounts.
2) The app keeps track of the accounts that follow in return.
3) After a time, those accounts that do not follow back are unfollowed.
4) It should have level adjustments. That is, it can be set to follow more or less at a time, so as NOT to set off twitter alerts and get the account blocked for “follower churn spam”.
5) It should have max number settings, in line with twitter limits — I think that twitter limits are 1,800 or 2,000 — after that you are allowed to follow 10% more than follow you
6) It should have some reporting screens, to display following, followers and progress for each account.
Preferred languages are php or perl and mysql.
