Need Long Term Writers.

I have a team of 5 writers.
I want to recruit 5 more writers in my team.
If you want the project then following conditions are to be fulfilled:
1- I want at least 5 articles per day of 500 words each.
2- The articles should be original and should pass copyscape.
3- If articles fails to pass copyscape then you will not be paid for it.
4- Writer must be able to submit the work on time.
Payment:
* 1st 20 articles you will get 1$/500 words.
* After i build trust on you i will start increasing your pay.
* You will be paid after 1 week of your submission of articles.
* Payment via ESCROW or PAYPAL.
Please attach your samples and your contact info along with your bid in Word File.
Bids without samples will not be counted.
