Few Script Changes To Site

November 28th, 2009

I have a property exchange site set up. Basically people register and pay by paypal (or can send me money) and then they can login and place their properties for exchange. It was built around 8 months ago but I have not done much with it but not notice there are a few bugs in the system. This is what I want fixing:

1) I cannot recall my admin password which is apparently encrypted in the system somewhere, so I need it resetting or to know what it is so I can login.

2) The script should show the latest properties added or edited at the top, so newest properties or properties recently edited are always shown first on the results pages but at the moment does not seem to do this.

3) In the admin area I as admin could not see all the properties listed. Did not seem to be showing new properties under property management.

4) I would like some very simple email system integrated so I can login to admin area and email all members.

I can’t think of anything else but there may be small other things to fix.

There will be ongoing work for winning bidder if good work is done. I run several websites and there are always odd issues here and there that I need someone to call on and fix quickly. However, please note I am sick of scriptlance programmers hassling for payment within 2 minutes of completing the job. I always pay for work done as requested and will pay as soon as I have checked work but do not hassle me continually for payment and feedback.

I would like the admin password sorting out ASAP but rest of work can be done over a few days or couple of weeks, no hurry.
