Directory Submission

Hey!
Need somebody who can submit our blog to legit,quality website directories to enhance the one way linking to our site.
I am not interested in huge number of links, but rather, even if its a few directories they need to be quality directories which have been around for a few years.
Our blog is a family friendly one in the tv/entertainment category
Before we start we would need
-> List of directories to which you will submit. I will need to see the list and approve them
After we are done to sign off, we would need
-> Proof that the submission has happened
Kindly propose on how this can be done.
