Designer For Vbulletin Websi 2

I have a vbulletin forum based website. I need a designer to help me change the look of it. I already have a logo made but need to just change the text on it, I just have the standard .jpg image…so not able to edit the logo. The winning bidder I will show them a websites colors and want you to change the look of my website to fit that website, also have the navigation bar I want on the site to you to change. The last part is I will show you my old site that has all my products on it and just need you to create that page on my new site but just clean the look up on it some.
