Website Header Name Change

Its very easy project. Please find the attached logo and header.
Need to done :
1) change the logo from Advanced polymer Technologies to Advanced EMC Technologies as same design and color
2) After changing the logo, add that logo in to header image and put that header in to my website http://www.advanced-emc.com/
Currently my website has flash header i dont want that. I hope its very simple project so my max budget is $30. I need quality design as same as i attached.
This wants to be completed by Tuesday morning 10 AM IST.
