Two Layout Plus Css 2

I need someone to look at the attached files and do a similar layout with the CSS for two pages… NOTE: the colors in the attached files are not necessary. I want you to come up with your own colors and CREATIVITY. The goal of this project is to give me a beautiful, vibrant, and professional design for ONLY TWO PAGES…. NO heavy graphics… I need this done right NOW. Please see the attached files.
