Scipt To Fill Forms

Hi,
I need a script that will fill out a simple form automatically for one specific site.
It will need to work like this.
Step 1
Visitor is on my website, fills out their first name, lastname, and email address then enters send.
Step 2
Once they hit send, they are taken to this URL http://www.investorforuminfo.com/index.asp?US5207673 where I would like the data to be filled out automatically so the visitor does not have to.
I do not own this second site so we cannot change the code on this.
