I have a website www.AustraliaVisa.SG and I need a Testimonial Script

MYSQL database
// NO JAVASCRIPT what-so-ever
* Display page shows UP TO 200 testimonials
* Text limit of 300 characters
* NO HTML Tags //strip > and <
* DO NOT display the same testimonial on the same page 2 or more times
* Testimonials can be RANDOM or SHOW NEXT PAGE (200) link at bottom of page
* Access to a TEST website with cPanel is available
* MySQL database must have PREFIX
