Joomla Expert Content Section

I have a joomla News 1.5 site.. I need someone to better organize the content into sections and pages. For instance placing links at the bottom of home page. More aggregated feeds. I would like it sections set up better like sdnn(dot)com and examiner (dot)com with similar content.
Need someone familar with the components like myblog(I have general introduction). Adsense is always important for pages.
Need to add a couple of free extensions. Art Total Menu Light,Xmap(site Map)I have ijoomla sidebars but may not be needed.
Don’t bid if you haven’t done this type of work before. Please don’t waste my time. This is a simple project that why it is joomla. I will PM the link to my site.
