Form Email Issue

Hello,
We recently upgraded to a Microsoft Exchange Email server and a form that we have on our site is no longer properly sending the form request to the appropriate receipt email. The form appears not to be accessing the mail server possibly when sending form request.

We need to fix this asap and we also have another 2 forms that might need same fixing if fix cannot be universal.
