Finish Website Project…
I am looking for a reasonably priced, honest programmer to finish a website project for me. The sites are about 80% done but I need some minor changes made and I also need some things added.
Here is what I need done:
Both Sites Controlled from 1 Back Office
No Maintenace Required on Front End
Re-arrange the seller site form (put zip code first)
On buyer site I would like to automate the blog thank you page set up process
Add exit pop up on both sites
able to email site owner with the information once a prospects fill out a form online
able to take the numbers from the seller form and automatically calculate an estimated offer in the back office then email info to seller
Need Built In Auto-Responder (follow up series system)
Able to create listing flyers in the back office (A property listing manager to easily list all the properties websites/ blogs).
Able to post properties to craiglst and backpage.com
Import export buyer and seller prospects into an excel spread sheet
Ability to Insert video from YouTube, Screencast, Viddler or any other video sharing site right into your content pages.
I need thes extra features added to compete with other site providers
