Edit Referral Url Settings

My site has a referral program. I would like it setup that if I delete an account from the site (for spamming or whatever purposes) that if you try visiting their referral link after their account has been deleted, the link will no longer work and tell you that account has been deleted.
Right now if I delete an account from the site but you still find access to their referral link it will just go to the site like normal. I do not want this.
