Drupal Template Design
I need a DRUPAL template for the website of an organization that provides accreditation of academic programs for Universities. The programs are mainly in the pedagogical area. Users will be mainly universities and colleges.
Please carefully review the following requirements
1. I need the template done by 15 Dec, 2009
2. For your information the website consists of the following pages:
a. Home Page – Should be creative, unique and impressive
b. Accreditation page – documents, info, etc… on how a program can be accredited

b2. Programs been currently accredited
c. Workshops
d. News page – blog style news or recent events
e. Directory page – Bio of Board members of the organization
e.1 Some pages (perhaps 4 to 5) will be here and are not yet defined
f. Who we are page
f1. History
f2. Objectives
g. Contact Us page – Address, phones, email, twitter, google map, contact form
h. Links page
3. Design of the drupal template should NOT be based on existing drupal free template. The template needs to be eye catching and original.
4. Should use CSS wherever possible: fonts, colors, styles, etc. (CSS and XHTML should pass validation)
5. Header height needs to be configured through CSS and the Logo of the organization will be positioned there and can be configured in the user drupal way
6. Primary (horizontal) menu needs to be below the header animated with the capacity of having several sublevels and configured thought drupal menu options (Javascript or Ajax)
7. The template must work with basic types of drupal content nodes
8. Blocks will have a background color on the title header and have rounded corners
10. Should be compatible with IE6/7/8, Firefox, Safari, Chrome
11. Proposals that don’t include some portfolios of your work to look at your previous works will not be considered.
