I have a design for a company, the design is in PSD and I am looking for someone to make it HTML
There are Home Page, Services, Get a Quote, Contact Us pages. I will provide PSD of Home Page and Services. Get a Quote can be a small pop up window with the details so as Contact Page.
I need this to be completed urgently.
I am looking for an India Freelancer, since it is small job no Companies Please.
Payment Terms: I will not pay any advance, no escrow
Will pay 50% once you show me html in your server, and 50% once it is completed and delivered all files and successfully running in my server.
I will transfer fund to your bank account.
