Basic Changes To Flash Website

Hello,
I need some very basic changes to my flash website(NOTE: no changes to any of the flash component necessary). All changes can be viewed in full in the attachments.
Changes are as follows:
1. Renaming of a menu button
2. Some text links need to be added/renamed and pointed to different webpages
I will need to have this done in 24 hrs.
Can you please advise as to what you need from to carry this job out? EG: admin user/password etc…
3. Change the heading of a paragraph
