Upgrade X-cart Setup

We have a setup of Xcart 4.1.12 which we need upgraded to the latest Xcart 4.3.
All database information must be migrated over.
I am using a standard templet.
Not all custom code needs to be integrated, but most does. Xcart 4.3 replaces some of our custom code.
A sandbox area can be provided on our server for testing if you do not have your own local testing server.
