Typist: Date Entry Into Joomla

Installed a Joomla restaurant template,I need two pages long restaurant menu needs to be type up and convert to text, and enter into Joomla articles section.
I don’t care if you use a software to convert it to text or type it up by hand. As long as it is accurate.
Again, you are only responsible for the menu section, the person should be comfortable using joolam backend.
