Two Website Pack

Quick service required with good design (no template) designers please pass by.
I have 2 websites I need developed. 1 site is portal based website kinda of like a ivillage.com. The site would have a back-end and CMS (Content Management System). Website 2 is more of a flash based website that is more visual based for interaction and attraction. I also need design 10 profile pages each for Myspace and Twitter, YouTube,Facebook for online marketing.
my budget is basic $1200.00 for portal and $850.00. And 40 online marketing pages at $35.00 each
my total budget is $3450.00 and I would like completed in about 10-12 days
