Twitter Search And Follow Prog
I am looking for a stand alone program that uses the twitter search function.
It will need to be able to add a pre-defined account as a follower and then move on to the next search result and add that account and so on.
The program will need to remember who has been added so that it does not create duplicate follows (this may be picked up by twitter). The program must at a pre-defined time go back and delete follows from an account that have not returned the follow.
The program must be able to automatically create twitter accounts.
The program must have the following fields:
Account selection – This is input into the program locally. The program will then connect to twitter and identify and log in to the account.
Interval selection – This function is designed to aggregate the follow selections so as not to alert twitter to the fact that this is an automated script. settings should be random within selectable times i.e between 10 to 60 seconds, between 15 to 90 seconds and between 20 to 120 seconds.
How many followers to add at a session – 100 to 500, 200 to 1000, 300 to 1500, 500 to 2000, 800 to 5000.
Remove twitter friends – the friends who have not returned the follow. This must have a selectable time scale i.e fast medium or slow.
Search criteria – Either keyword or user name which would allow you to follow the followers of a user determined twitter account.
The program should have a progress status field so that the user can see in real time how many follow accounts have been activated.
The program should also be able to log in to twitter and show account statistics.
The program will be a desk top running script and will be either sold or given away with another product so I will need to have control over who I allow to use it and the ability to enable and disable the script on remote computers.
I will have total complete sole ownership rights over the finished script and source code.
This should not be too difficult for somebody who is familiar with twitter scripts.
