Psd To Html/css/jquery

I am a designer looking for a coder to work with on a regular basis. I will provide information and PSD files, and will need them converted into HTML files (not table based), with you also creating the CSS and implementing other languages such as PHP, jQuery, etc. Looking for a “per-page” quote. This is not an actual project right now, but rather, looking to establish a long-term relationship with a coder who can create the coding with aquick turnaround!
