Oscommerce Template Website

We are hosted by Godaddy and have an oscommerce store. We would like to have our store updated to look more professional. We need a new user friendly template that deals with the telcommunication field and trained on how to import, export, upload, download, add, edit and delete products and images. This needs to be installed also. Would like for someone to teach us how to admin our site to perfection. would like to have other pages with general information on this site as well. We need a way for people to list equipment for sell.
