Magento Private Sales Module

Need Extension (Module) for Magento Community Edition:
- Private Sales (start-stop date, countdown and so on)
- Store Credit (use store credit for purchase, get store credit by reference)
- SighUp by invitation (email of existing member)
Actually mostly these functions included in Enterprise Edition of Magento, but I need just part of it (as above) and prefer 1 time payment instead of yearly subscribtion for Enterprise Edition.
The solutions based on other platform (non-Magento) are welcome
