Link Building For Site
I need 50 links PR4 or higher from related content-rich websites in the home building, home remodeling and home design industry. Ecommerce site selling mainly kitchen sinks. I will provide anchor text and destination pages.
Link Building Requirements:
1. The page our link is actually on must have a page rank 4 or higher
2. Links must be from high-quality sites that contain relevant content
3. The link page must be included in the Google index and updated within the past 30 days
4. No links from websites with a Google penalty
5. Links must contain our keywords as a text hyperlink
6. One way links only, no reciprocal links.
7. Links need to exist at least 12 months, otherwise any link dropped will be replaced by the provider for free
8. Links must be on English language sites
9. The page where link is placed should be 2 clicks or less from the site’s homepage
10. No more than 20 links on the page where link is placed
11. All links must be permanent crawlable links in HTML: they cannot include a nofollow tag, be excluded by a robots.txt file or hidden in javascript, meta or redirect scripts
12. No link exchange programs or web rings such as linkpartners.com, backlinks.com, etc.
13. Links cannot be from porn, casino, blacklisted websites , morally or ethically questionable sites
14. No paid site links
15. No link schemes or link farms or FFAs
16. links cannot be placed on flash sites, article websites, forums, guest books, bulletin boards, directories, social bookmarks, classified ads, or blogs.
17. No links to be made using spam or black/gray tactics
18. Links may not be in footer or side column.
19. Linking page may not have more than 20 outgoing links per page.
20. Only one link per site.
21. Must agree to replace Bad links with Good links within 3 business days, at your own expense
22. All links must be manually submitted (no software generated links).
Please send an example of two websites where my link will appear.
Please only bid if you have 10+ references related to link building. You must be very trustworthy and not employ any black hat techniques.
Please keep your bids competitive as this is important to selection of winner.
We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable
Please show two sites that you are currently building links to.
Do not send anything which is not quality. I know link building, but don’t have the time.
The Specifications (If you cannot meet these requirement, please do not bid)
* No negative feedback bidders must have at least 5 reviews, if less than 5 I will not review.
* Must be able to provide references and/or show proof of at least 5 past link projects.
* Must provide bi-weekly link building report (see below).
* Must agree to replace Bad links with Good links within 3 business days, at your own expense

Excel spreadsheet containing:
1. link Page Meta Title
2. link Page PR
3. link Page URL (the URL where our link is located)
4. link Text used
