Layout And Graphics – New Site

I am building a new website for a large equipment sales company. They have 3 divisions. I’m looking for a graphics/web designer to build the layout and create very professional graphics. I have my own web programmer, so I do not need any programming other than CSS. I want 3 boxes on the front page, where each division can be selected. Please only apply if you have a very professional portfolio!
