IPhone Drink Application

Hi,
Looking for a quote on an iphone application that works as follows:
- When the application starts you’re greeted with a short welcome screen.
- After a few moments you’re taken to a form page where you select a brand of alchool (like Schminoff vodka), and two ingredients from drop-down lists and also specify whether you want to “shake” or get a “list”.
- If you select list, you see a list of drinks that can be made with the ingredients specified. After picking one you’re taken to the next screen. If you select “shake” you’re taken to the next screen.
- An advertisement appears and stays for about 5 seconds.
- A simple recipe page appears showing how to make the drink using that alcohol and those ingredients. If you selected a drink from the list page, that exact drink is shown. If you selected “shake” then a random drink with that alchol and those ingredients appears. The page has an image of the drink, its name, and instructions on how to make it, along with the alchool brand’s logo.
- If you shake the application (or select the shake button) on the recipe page, you’re taken back to the advertisement page and then shown a new random drink. If you select “list” from the recipe page, you’re taken back to the “list” page where you can select another drink, get the advertisement page and then shown the drink recipe page.
NOTES / Questions:
- The design / look of this application is NOT NECESSARY for you to do as we are doing that.
- This program *may* run standalone but likely will connect to a server to retrieve images for the advertisement / final page. Please let me know what the differences would be techncially either way if any, and how that affects costs / timelines.
- We would like to know if it is possible to make this application in a way where it is retrieving webpages for each of these pages I’ve listed so we can build the application first then do the page design (just tell us what variables we’d have to send over the HTTP header).
- How quickly can this application be made? What is the cost? Be as precise as possible in your quote.
- The recipes may not be available right away so please consider the data schema you’d need us to follow (XML file structure or if you would use a database roughly mention how you’d need it setup) in case we’d need to plug the data in later that feeds the app.
- We may want to collect analytics information – please be sure to consider that (if we do the online version).
