Facebook App(like Farmville)

Ok,
I am looking for someone to make a clone of farmville for me.
I do not need any graphics work done i.e animals, buildings etc…. All of this can be done by me. All I need is the game running with atleast 1 example of an animal/tree/crop just so i know where and how to add more.
Needs to be done as cheap and quick as possible.
