I am in need for a good graphics and CSS designer for a new website.
There are no logo ideas yet. But the layout will be simple, logo should be fresh and easy to remember. Will only need
- A vectorized logo
- a basic HTML layout (has to look good, of course 
))
- the CSS for the layout (only main layout)
I will do the finetuning myself later. Just need a basic layout and a logo. All should, of course, look great.
Very simple task, me thinks. Should be done within 2 hours.
