Create a educational website mainly quiz oriented-
It will have the following features-
1. Quiz based website with easy to use back-end
2. People can register on the site and they can choose category and specific subjects on the site.
3. Unregistered people can only solve sample quiz page.
4. Quiz per page should be adjustable.
5. Option to show ads on each page.
6. Register people should have their profile page with previous results.
7. Easy to upload questions
8. Option to shuffle quiz categories and set a time limit- option available for registered users
9. Option to be a premium user
10. Option to integrate Wordpress MU and Vbulletin later.

This will be a exam oriented site i.e. people will solve m.c.q and will track their scores. And yes, registered users can set time limit on any type of test and they can mix multiple categories on a single test series if they wish.

Let me describe it for you-
Let us guess A is going to give an entrance exam on an medical school. So he visits this website. Now as a unregistered user he can only try to give a test on a predefined format, like- 50 questions in 1 hour and he is not allowed to set that questions only on a subcategory like anatomy( medical is main category & anatomy is a sub category in this case) and he will be forced to solve a question/page with ads.
But if A was a registered user then he was able-
1. Choose number of questions on that set with a predetermined time period like- 10q/15min, 20 q/20min, 50q/60min, 100q/120min etc.
2. He was able to answer questions from anatomy , medicine , pharmacology (by choosing subcategory under Medical category) on a single test.
3. He was able to get upto 5q/page with ads and can remove those ads with a monthly fee.
