Basic Video Editing Job

I have some videos which are like 2-4 min small tutorials. Need very basic video editing like enhancing, clipping, adding logo , some graphics etc.
This will be a repeat work and I will have videos every month.
Would prefer someone from Delhi, India and pls give quotes per video. You can mention discounts for bulk work.
to Start of with I will have 5 videos of avg 3 min each.
