Upgrade Joomla Website To 1.5

I need someone to upgrade my Joomla 1.0 site to Joomla 1.5 or latest.

It has a Joomlashack template. Joomlashack is not upgrading this template, but I have a copy from another programmer of the template upgraded to 1.5.

I want the website to function like it currently does. I am most interested in saving the registration database and MyBlog/JomComment database. Most everything else can be re-built if necessary.

I will pay $50 for this project, $100 if completed within 24 hours. Please do not bid if you cannot start work immediately. This is important, if you can not start immediately, do not bid! Thank you.
